PURPOSE:To manufacture easily a pleated pipe on site by providing one grooved roll to face a pair of grooved rolls and making either of both rolls movable. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the grooved rolls 101 are provided in the upper part of a frame 12 and one grooved roll 201 is attached to the top end 211 of a bar body 2. The internal screw at the bottom end 212 of the body 2 and the external screw of a screw bar 311 of a rotary handle 8 are screwed to each other. A pipe 5 is inserted between the rolls 101 and the roll 201 and the handle 3 is rotated to press the pipe 5; at the same time, a supporting rod 1 is turned. The easy manufacture of the bend pipe formed with pleats on the peripheral surface of the pipe 5 on site is made possible by the above-mentioned method. Since no elbows are used, the possibility of leakage is eliminated. |
