PURPOSE:To obtain a reflecting plate for a circularly polarized wave antenna excellent in corrosion resistance by pressing thermally a laminated substance comprising an olefinic polymer contg. an inorganic filler, a thermoplastic resin layer and a metallic layer into split metal molds. CONSTITUTION:The antenna consists of a reflecting plate A for circularly polarized wave antenna, a converter B, a converter supporting rod C, a reflecting plate supporting rod D and wiring E. Moreover, the reflecting plate for a circularly polarized wave antenna consists of the olefinic polymer layer 1 contg. an inorganic filler, a metallic layer 2 and a thermoplastic resin layer 3 excellent in the weather resistance, and the reflecting plate is formed with a laminated metallic layer I, an olefinic polymer layer II contg. an inorganic filler and a bonding part III for inner and outer walls. The circularly polarized wave antenna reflecting plate with hollow structure having no problem on external appearance is obtained by means of the hollow molding method by using said laminated metallic layer. |
