The invention relates to an impact-resistant moulding composition comprising A a terpolymer which contains, in copolymerised form, 88-40% by weight of ethylene, 10-50% by weight of n-butyl acrylate and 2-10% by weight of acrylic acid, and B a hard matrix (copolymer) built up from 95-75% by weight of styrene and 5-25% by weight of diethylaminoethyl acrylate, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate or N-vinyl imidazole, or mixtures thereof. Based on the moulding composition of A + B, the terpolymer A is present in an amount of 5-40% by weight and the copolymer B is present in an amount of 95-60% by weight.
