PURPOSE:To remove a jammed paper sheet simply and easily by moving an operating plate coupled to a shaft of a curved end portion of a guide plate fitted in elongated holes of both side fixed walls to move the guide palte, so that a gap between the guide plate and turn rollers is variable. CONSTITUTION:A guide plate 6 is disposed for a plurality of turn rollers 1, 1... fixed to a shaft 2 supported on right and left base walls 8 in such a manner as to curve along the half of the periphery of the roll. Shafts 7, 8 passed throufh the outer fixing pieces 21, 21 disposed near the upper and lower opening ends of the guide plate 6 are supported at elongated holes 22 of the base walls 9, and the forward end portion of the shafts are connected to an operation plate 10. The plate 10 is moved to change the position of the guide plate 6 with respect to the roller 1. When a paper sheet is jammed in a path, an operation level 11 of the plate 10 is pulled in direction of an arrow E to move the plate in direction of an arrow F, so that the guide plate 6 is moved to widen a gap 4. Thus, the jammed sheet can be easily removed from the wide gap. |
