PURPOSE:To facilitate extremely easy handling of an infomration memory card with no breakage of an internal IC by utilizing the light to perform the input/ output of information and the supply of electric power to the card, and applying the conduction processing to the card surface. CONSTITUTION:An information input/output terminal 3, IC5, etc. are provided on a plastic substrate 4 and connected to each other with a wiring material 6. A light transmitting material 7 provides the light transmitting performance to the light wave length of the LED set on the terminal 3 and a power supply terminal 2 or a card and the light wavelength of a light emitting element provided at the side of a device that transfers information with the card. The conduction processing is applied to the light transmitting plastic surface, etc. of a conductor film 8, and this film 8 is unified with the material 7. Using this film 8 prevents the discharge to the terminal 3 according to the static electricity by frictional electrification and the breakage of the IC owing to said discharge. |
