PURPOSE:To solve a problem of variations in the amount of barrel finishing lying between works rotating together with holding bars, by making up each of horizontal part of plural holding bars of a rotary member so as to be positioned in a direction toward passing the rotating center of the rotary member and also in the inward direction. CONSTITUTION:A couple of holding bars 62 and 64 are tightly installed at the underside of a platelike rotary member 50 in an axial symmetry with a rotary shaft 52. Making a frame 40 go down by degrees, these holding bars 62 and 64 are inserted into the inside of media 76 in a barrel tub 32 as rotating and simultaneously the barrel tub 32 is rotated. When a horizontal part 68 reaches the topside of the media 76, circular works 72 and 73 are pushed upward to the stopper side by receiving the buoyancy of the media 76 whereby situated at the vertical part of these holding bars 62 and 64 and kept up at the specified depth inside the media 76, so that these works 72 and 73 are polished with any variation in the amount of barrel finishing owing to its relative motion with these media 76 rotating together with the barrel tub 32. |
