Joining assembling two hollow sections (1, 2), whereof one has at least one lateral groove (8), said assembly (1) having a main part (4) provided with a tenon (7) able to cooperate with the lateral groove (8) of said section (2) and having small overall dimensions, so that it can be located in the interior (9) of the other section (3), said main part (4) having the general shape of a cradle (10), which can receive a slide (5) and an actuating member (6), said slide (5) being provided with a retractable in (15) able to cooperate with an opening (20) made in said section (3) receiving the joining assembly (1), characterized in that the actuating member (6) is provided with a screw (19) passing through the same and a slope (17), said cradle (10) having at one end a slope (11) and at the other end a shoulder (12), said slide being located on the side of the shoulder (12) and said actuating member (6) on the side of the slope (11), so that, when the screw (19) is driven into a tapped hole made in said main part (4), the actuating member (6), whereof the slope (17) cooperates with the slope (11) of said cradle (10), as a result of the vertical displacement forces said slide (5) in a longitudinal direction towards the shoulder (12) of the main part (4).</p> |
