摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance the treatment efficiency of waste water, by forming a layer of a chemical bond such as a urea bond or amido bond to the surface layer of a microorganism holder used in the treatment of waste water. CONSTITUTION:A chemical bond layer is formed to the surface layer of a microorganism holder by using a polymer having an urethane bond or amide bond such as polyurethane, nylon, poly-m-xyleneadipamide or poly-p- phenyleneterephthalamide. By this method, nitrifying bacteria are sufficiently propagated in a filter material and adhered thereto and treatment capacity is stabilized.
