PURPOSE:To suppress fluctuation of mixing ratio by ranking into rich and lean products in accordance to the characteristic of fuel injection valve and regulating a meter to achieve the optimal characteristic of heat ray airflow meter to be determined with correspondence to said ranking. CONSTITUTION:When assembling, the characteristic of each fuel injection valve 5 is examined through a measuring zig to assemble the accepted product into the housing 3. Then the ejection flow characteristic is examined for the assembly or the static and dynamic flows are measured to rank into rich and lean products on the basis of the results of examination. At this stage, the target Us for the specific flow during regulation of heat ray airflow meter 10 is determined with correspondence to the ranking. Thereafter, the characteristic of the airflow meter 10 or the output voltage Us under specific flow is confirmed to trim the flow regulating resistor for the airflow meter 10 such that said level will be same with Us thus to complete the regulation work. |
