PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and to increase the number of stored discs by providing a lot of disc carrying units stacked together and a means for pressing them to a disc storage section. CONSTITUTION:The disc carrying units 17 stacked together are provided to the storage section storing a lot of discs and the discs are aligned by fitting the disc center hole to a projection 18d on a plate member 18. The units 17 are stacked on a receiving plate 24 and the upper face of the units is pressed by a retaining plate 25 fitted to shafts 20, 21, 22. Since the size of the device shaping the disc carrying units 17 is small, the cost is reduced and the number of stored discs is increased by adding properly the units 17. Since the units are pressed by the retaining plate 25, the storage section is not deformed in the disc arranging direction due to thermal expansion. |
