This combination of the compound known, for example, by the name of phenazone and of sulphamide consists of a saline compound of the general formula: <IMAGE> in which R is an alkali metal atom and each of R<1> and R<2> denotes a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic, aromatic or heterocyclic residue or a group of at least two of these residues. It makes it possible to obtain simultaneously the therapeutic effects of phenazone and of a sulphamide, while lending itself to the preparation of a stable aqueous solution containing the active principle in a form which is easily hydrolysed in the body.
