PURPOSE:To prevent adhesion of an adhesives to an adhesion jig or the like by adhering bases with different inner diameter and an outer diameter respectively and having an information track at least on one base so as to form a composite base and processing the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the composite base to a required diameter. CONSTITUTION:The outer diameter of the protection base 5 is made smaller than the outer diameter of the disc base 1 formed with an information track pit 2 and an information medium layer 3, the inner diameter of the base 5 is increased so as to provide a step to the inner circumference and the outer circumference part, and the bases 1 and 5 are adhered by aligning them with jigs 7, 8. The adhesives 9 swelled out in this case is pooled in the step of the inner and outer circumference parts and cured in this state, then the invasion to the lower face of the base 1 is prevented. Thus, the adhesion to the jig is prevented without giving dirt to the surface of disc. Thus, the disc is finished and machined at position of alternate long and two short dashes lines 12, 13 as required in the external appearance and function. |
