PURPOSE:To avoid accurately disc inversion without exerting unnatural force on a grip arm mechanism by restricting the turning of a reversed disc to a prescribed turning position and allowing a detecting means to detect the position of a holding member shaken by a reaction force of a turning torque. CONSTITUTION:A spindle 71 and a holding member 87 holding a motor driving the spindle are shaken freely around the spindle 71. When the spindle 71 is turned, grip arm pairs 73, 74 gripping the disc reverses the disc and when the spindle reaches a prescribed turning position, it is restricted for turning by a sping 91 and the holding member 87 is shaken together with the drive source through the reaction of the turning torque. A photosensor 93 detects the shaking and stops the motor 86. Thus, a restricting means 91 applies accurate positioning to a prescribed turning position and the shaking by inertia of the holding member 87 after the motor is stopped is not subjected to unnatural shock to the grip arm mechanism and drive source through the buffer operation of a spring 96. |
