摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined cycle power generation plant to be easily and accurately started while suppressing the thermal stress of a steam turbine within a permissible value when quickly starting a gas turbine, and to provide its starting method. SOLUTION: The combined cycle power generation plant comprises an exhaust heat recovery boiler (HRSG) 2 having at least one each of an evaporator 4b and an superheater 4d out of at least one each of the evaporator 4b, the superheater 4d and a reheater 4c for generating steam with the retained heat of combustion exhaust gas from the gas turbine (GT) 1 and at least one steam turbine (ST) 3 to be driven by steam generated by the HRSG 2.
