PURPOSE:To extract automatically a disc from a disc case by bringing a case engaging means into interlocking/unengaging state in response to a path of a cam whose path is selected. CONSTITUTION:A moving base carrying a cover locking member from a position engaged with a cover in a direction ejecting a disc from a disc case main body together with the disc, a cam 161 having the 1st cam path 405a and the 2nd cam path 405b and operated in the 1st and 2nd directions, an interlocking member 404 provided possible for engaging selectively to both the cam paths 405a, 405b of the cam 161, interlocked in engaging with the 1st cam path 405a when the cam 161 is moved in the 1st direction and interlocked in engagement with the 2nd cam path 405b when the cam 161 is operated in the 2nd direction, and a slider 65 being a release means bringing the case engagement means into the unengaging state only when the member 404 is interlocked with the 1st cam path 405a are provided. |
