PURPOSE:To produce a food of delicate unique flavor, by contact bonding not only a seasoning solution but also cod roe and egg, etc. to the front side and/or rear of laver sheets. CONSTITUTION:A laver sheet 3 of constant size is fed from the starting end side of a rotated belt conveyor 2, and a binde (S) is applied to the front side of the laver sheet 3 by binder application rollers (4a) and (4b). An additive 8 such as granules of cod roe, egg, UME and cheese and beefsteak plant, shrimps and other dried small fishes is dropped to the front side of the laver sheet 3 and applied thereto by an additive application device 5 consisting of a belt conveyor 6 and an additive container box 7. The additive 8 is contact bonded to the front side of the laver sheet 3 by a contact bonding device 12 consisting of a belt conveyor 13 and sponge roller 14. In order to contact bond the additive 8 to the rear of the laver sheet 3, the sheet 3 may be reversed to carry out the similar step. The laver sheet 3 is then dried in a drying chamber with hot air at 60- 80 deg.C for about 5hr. Thus, the aimed food of delicate flavor of the additive 8 added to the original lavor flavor can be produced. |
