FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing ferments, probiotics, biologically active supplements and foodstuffs. The consortium comprises Enterococcus durans, the strain RSH (VKPM B-8717) and Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides, the strain RSH (VKPM B-8716).
