PURPOSE:To obtain a data processor that can cope with the addition and change of process data with high flexibility by grouping the information collected from the blast furnace processes for each collection timing and holding these information in each group for each form of data. CONSTITUTION:The data obtained from the blast furnace processes are fetched by a computer 2 by a process input/output device 1 and stored to a data file 3 after the desired data processing applied. In a periodical data process the process data is fetched as the engineering value and stored in the form of the instantaneous value. The data requiring the processing is processed and stored as the instantaneous value and then in the form of the stored data. Then the data collection timing is decided to obtain the mean value, and this value is stored to a mean value file. Then the instantaneous or mean value is stored to a time series data file. In a non-periodical data process, data are collected according to the process timing. Then data are processed when the collection is through with data, and the instantaneous data is completed and stored to a stored data file. |
