PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a backfire, by juxtaposing pipes of which both ends are open, with a specified distance provided from one another, and by using the body of each pipe as an air feed passage, as well as to use the inside distance of a pipe as a burner port. CONSTITUTION:A number of pipe bodies 1 of which both ends are open are juxtaposed, with a specified interval provided from one another. The inside distance 2 of a pipe body 1 is used as a slitted burner port 3, while the inside body of each pipe is used as an air feed passage 4. Fuel gas (G) is injected from the burner port 3 in the state of a film, and the air (A), passing through the air feed passage 4, is supplied from the upper side of each pipe body 1 so as to surround gas flames from both sides. The air is contacted well to flames (F) and is mixed well with the fuel gas, bringing the flames into complete combustion. All the air (A) necessary for combustion is sufficiently supplied as the secondary air, not as the primary air. With such an arrangement, the tendency of occurrence of backfire is completely removed, since the gas (G) and the air (A) will not be premixed with each other in the inside of a burner port 3. |
