PURPOSE:To uniformize the blow-off temperature of the machine by a method wherein the blow-off temperature is controlled by switching a plurality of water passing pipes, connected to the inlet of a heat exchanger and the half-ways of the same, in conjunction with the switching of a fan speed changeover switch in the room cooling and heating machine in which the heat exchanger and the fan are controlled under being connected. CONSTITUTION:When the fan switch (not shown in the diagram) connected to a communicating section 21 is located at the position of stopping, communicating paths to water passing paths 13, 14, 20, provided in the main body 22 of a valve 12, are closed and cold water or warm water is not flowed into the heat exchanger 1. When the fan is operated in a high speed, the communicating path of the valve main body 23 is communicated with the first water passing path 13 and the water is discharged through the whole heat exchanging circuit consisting of vertically arranged U-tubes 4-5-6, 7-8-9. In a medium speed, the water flows through the second water passing pipe 14-U-tubes 6-7-8-9 and in further low speed, it flows through the water passing pipe 20-U-tubes 7-8- 9, thus the circuit is reduced in accordance with the speed of fan respectively. According to this constitution, the heat exchanger is provided with a flow amount commensurate with the speed of fan and temperature distribution of the blow-off air may be improved. |
