<p>PURPOSE:To read the electronic tones delivered as data by a memory and to collect data by a computer having a voice recognizing function that reads the electronic tones out of the memory as data, by providing a recording device containing an electronic tone producing function at the side of a device. CONSTITUTION:A recording device containing an electronic tone producing function fetches a signal snowing whether a working mode is set or not and sent from the machine facilities out of a working state reading part 11 to a control part 12. Then the working times are totalized if a working mode is set. The control No. and the total time of the recording device are supplied to a portable memory from an operation part 15 via a voice output part 14 and a jack 17 with a data command. The electronic tone given from the portable memory is recognized by a voice recognizing part 22 of a computer having a voice recognizing function via a jack 21 and converted into digital signals. These signals are fetched by a data processing part 24 and stored in a memory part 23. As this data is equal to the electronic tones, an inexpensive portable memory is available. Thus data can be collected surely with no use of a recording form.</p> |
