PURPOSE:To permit to detect heat-up of water automatically in a natural circulation type bath boiler by detecting the temperature of water at a given distance below the surface of water and the depth of water. CONSTITUTION:The bath device is provided with a fuel valve 5, opening and closing a fuel path by an electric signal, the bath boiler 1 having a control circuit section 4 controlling the fuel valve 5, a bathtub 8 and a temperature detector 11 as well as a pressure detector 9, detecting the temperature and the pressure in the bathtub 8. The control circuit section 4 is constituted of a temperature setting section 14, a corrected temperature setting section 15, a comparator section 13, comparing the output of the temperature detector 11 with the output of the corrected temperature setting section 15, and a driving circuit section 16, driving the fuel valve 5 by the output of the comparator section 13. In this case, the temperature detector 11 is set at a given distance (y1) below the water surface of the bathtub and the pressure detector 9 is set at a position to detect the depth of water (y) of the bathtub while the output of the temperature setting section 14 is corrected in the temperature correcting section 15 by the ratio of y1/y. According to this method, the heat-up of water in the bathtub may be detected automatically. |
