PURPOSE:To attain the highly efficient collection of the trace and measurement of phenomena within a data processor, by using the common hardware to form a trace function to obtain hysteresis information and a counter function to collect accumulated data to the data processor. CONSTITUTION:A tracer memory 48 and counters 43-46 are set in an initial state respectively after the collection of data is started. Then eigher one of those counters produces an overflow, and the signals of said counter are stored in a memory 48. The writing is carried out to all words of the memory 48, and a stop signal is informed to a service processor 1 when the stop conditions is detected. The processor 1 reads out the contents of the memory 48 and counters 43-46 respectively and accumulates data. If a command is given for collection of more data, the process is reset to initialization to continue the collection of data. When the measurement is through, the collected data are calculated and edited. Then the results obtained from said calculation and editing of data are outputted. |
