PURPOSE:To obtain the titled laminate excellent in punchability and dimensional stability, by using a prepreg formed by impregnating a nonwoven glass fiber fabric or the like with a thermosetting resin as a surface layer and a prepreg formed by impregnating a specified base with a thermosetting resin as an intermediate layer. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg formed by impregnating a nonwoven glass fiber fabric comprising E-glass or the like or paper made from glass fiber and 5-25% cellulosic fiber such as kraft fiber with thermosetting resin such as a phenolic resin is used as a surface layer, and a prepareg formed by impregnating a base obtained by forming a sheet from a cellulosic fiber such as kraft pulp fiber 60- 90% Al(OH)3 of a gypsite crystal structure of an average particle diameter <=30mum, 2-15% glass fiber of a diameter of 2-6mum and a length of 3-12mm, and 2-8% synthetic fiber of a diameter of 2-6mum and a length of 3-12mm with a thermosetting resin is arranged as an intermediate layer, and the assemblage is molded under application of heat and pressure.
