PURPOSE:To obtain a toilet water suitably usable for washing face or after bathing, etc., by dipping a lemon on refined SAKE using a sealed container. CONSTITUTION:A lemon (preferably having the whole lemon with the epidermis thereof) in an amount of 10-30wt%, preferably 15-25wt% is dipped in refined SAKE in a cold dark using a sealed container for >= one month, preferably 1-4 months, particularly 3 months to give the aimed toilet water. The above- mentioned toilet water contains vitamin C, lemon oil, etc. extracted from the lemon, and has improved cosmetic effect and refreshing odor, and is capable of keeping the freshness at 3.0-4.0pH maintained by the extracted citric acid, etc. Preferably, the above-mentioned refined SAKE contains 18-21% ethyl alcohol, 5-9% extract and 0.12-0.15% amino acid. |
