PURPOSE:To maintain high working accuracy for a long period by arranging a plurality of piping blocks for lubricating oil onto the opposite side to the slidable surface of a supporting body for supporting a slidable body by the slidable surface through a selector valve so that a lubricating-oil piping circuit is formed. CONSTITUTION:On starting the operation of a machine tool, the lubricating oil same to the lubricating oil supplied into the piping circuit 10 for a spindle head H is supplied onto the back-surface side of a column C through a lubricating-oil pipe 20. The lubricating oil supplied onto the back-surface side of the column C operates solenoid valves 21a-21e according to the position of the spindle head H, and then supplied into the piping blocks 22a-22e arranged at the back-surface position on the opposite side to the part where the spindle head H is positioned, and lubricates the back-surface of the column C. Therefore, the slidable surface and the back-surface of the column C are always balanced thermally, and high accuracy can be kept for a long period. |
