PURPOSE:To obtain the titled laminate excellent in moldability, drillability, and thermal shock resistance, by laminating prepared by using a varnish mainly consisting of specified two epoxy resins and molding the laminated propregs under aplication of heat and pressure. CONSTITUTION:Prepregs prepared by impregnating a woven glass fabric or the like with a varnish mainly consisting of a bisphenol (un)brominated epoxy resin of an epoxy equivalent of 700-1,200 and a novolak (un)brominated epoxy resin are laiminated and molded under application of heat and pressure to obtain the titled laminate. |
