PURPOSE:To obtain a simple blood gas analytical apparatus, constituted so that a part of a blood sample is collected portionwise after the gases in blood are analyzed and diluted to measure a hemoglobin value by a colorimetric method. CONSTITUTION:A blood sample introduced through a main circuit 1 passes through a measuring cell 2 where partial pressures of oxygen and carbon dioxide as well as a pH value are measured and, at the same time, a rotary valve 8 is operated by the detection signal of a flow cell 7 and a circuit 6 is changed over to a circuit 9. At this time, the blood sample in the rotary valve 8 is diluted by a diluent. The diluent is sucked by a syringe 13 and passes through a circuit 15 and a change-over valve 14 from a container 12 to enter the syringe 13 and again reaches the rotary valve 8 through the circuit 15 and change-over valve 14 by the emitting process of the syringe 13 and is met with the blood sample to dilute the same. The diluted blood sample is guided to a hemoglobin measuring part 10 through the circuit 9 and a hemoglobin value is measured by a colorimetric apparatus. |
