<p>PURPOSE:To enable any person to make the correct and rapid installation of a door by fitting positioning jigs into the gaps between a lintel and a door and between the door and the vertical side door stop of a door frame and installing the door onto the vertical side member and then rermoving the jigs. CONSTITUTION:A door frame 5 having a door 6 tentatively installed previously onto a vertical side member 15 is fixed in inverted state onto a door installing work frame not shown in the figure. Then, the fitting groove 12 of a positioning jig 9 is fitted onto a lintel door stop 11 between the door 6 and a lintel 8, and the lower frame of a frame body 10 is tentatively installed in close contact with the lintel 8 and the door stop 11, and one side frame of the frame body 10 is tentatively installed in close contact with the vertical side member 15 and the vertical side door stop 16, and a prescribed gap is secured. When the door 6 is closed through the turn in the direction of arrow, the between vertical side member gap positioning jig 19 is fitted so that the gap between the door 6 and the vertical side door stop 16 becomes 1mm. or so. Then, the door 6 is installed onto the vertical side member 15, and the both jigs 9 and 19 are removed. Therefore, the correct and rapid installation is permitted.</p> |
