<p>PURPOSE:To expand a response frequency range by enhancing intrinsic frequency without reducing strain output, by adhering a strain gauge to the thin walled part provided to the beam shaped part of a strain generator having rigidity. CONSTITUTION:A strain generating plate 13 is constituted so that the back surface side of the part (extreme part) having a strain gauge 12 adhered thereto is formed into a thin walled part 13a having a thickness same to that of a strain generating plate 10, that is, a thickness having a degree generating bending corresponding to acceleration applied to said strain generating plate 10 and the other part is formed into a thick walled part 13b having rigidity substantially generating no bending by the acceleration motion of an object to be measured.</p> |
