GRANULATING AND COATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of material to be treated by forming radiately one or more ascending slanted surfaces tilted upward in the rotary direction and reverse direction and superposing a rotary plate on the lower surface of a disk wherein many pores are provided to the rear end wall of the ascending slanted surfaces. CONSTITUTION:When the granules to be granulated are charged from the upper part of a cylindrical vessel 1, the material to be treated is rotated along the inside periphery of the cylindrical vessel 1 while receiving the centrifugal force due to the rotation of a disk 15 and the ascending slanted surfaces 12 and the up-and-down drive. The material to be treated is mixed for several minutes because the material ascended along the inside periphery of the vessel together with the rotation of the rotary flow falls with one-weight toward the central part of the vessel 1 and performs the motion directing to the inside periphery of the vessel by receiving again the drive due to the disk 15. When a binder soln. for granulation is added as fine droplets from the upper part of the rotary flow with a heating spray nozzle 6, the material to be treated is granulated and made spherically granular at the period wherein the droplets are reached to the prescribed quantity.
