PURPOSE:To obtain a drive device of a plurality of motors balanced in loads simply and inexpensively by reducing the voltage command of an inverter in response to the load after completing the acceleration. CONSTITUTION:When motors 1, 11 are accelerated by an operation command and the speeds of the motors 1, 11 coincide with the set speed of a speed setter 13, a comparator 14 outputs a signal to close the contact of a relay 16, and a voltage controller 8' outputs a voltage command reduced by a voltage value set by a voltage setter 15. In other words, a frequency command signal from an oscillator 7 is held at the value set by the setter 13, and only the voltage command signal is reduced by the value set by the setter 15 in response to the load. |
