PURPOSE:To diminish the unevenness in concentration of images by making the image readout output constant by a method wherein the area of individual electrode is made larger toward electrode with longer length of connected wiring pattern. CONSTITUTION:Individual electrodes 2 are provided on a substrate 1. A common electrode 6 is provided on the electrodes 2 by interposing a photoelectric conversion layer 5. Besides, the electrodes 2 are connected to the wiring patterns 3 of each different wiring length. The wiring pattern 3 is connected to the IC chip 9 on a die bonding pad 4. The longer the wiring length of the connected wiring pattern 3 is, the larger the area of the electrodes 2 is made. Thereby, the ratio of the area of the electrodes 2 to the sum of the capacitance between the electrodes 2 and 6 and the floating capacitance of the pattern 3 can be made constant. Then, the image readout output can be kept constant, and the unevenness in concentration of images diminishes. |
