PURPOSE:To execute quickly a welding work, and to improve the quality of a weld zone by providing a joining flange on the end part of the peripheral direction of a split block for forming a steel plate cell, securing a joining gap through a bolt, and welding it by a prescribed welding machine. CONSTITUTION:A welding groove is formed and also a joining flange 2 is provided on the end part of the peripheral direction of a split block 1 for forming a part of the peripheral direction of a steel plate cell A. Said block 1 is formed cylindrically, and the end part of its peripheral direction is set in the vertical direction. Subsequently, each flange 2 is joined by a bolt nut 6, and a prescribed joining gap is secured over the overall length of the surface side and the rear side of the end part of the peripheral direction of each adjacent block 1. Next, said joining part is welded by a welding machine B provided with a reinforcing plate which is welded under pressure to the surface side and the rear side of the joining part, and also moved together with the welding machine B. |
