Emulsion with insect repellents

Cosmetic emulsion (I) with an aqueous inner phase and a lipophilic outer phase comprises 1-piperidinecarboxylic acid 2-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-methylpropylester (A) (INN: Icaridin). Independent claims are included for: (1) packaging tools, from polyethylene, polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate, comprising (I); and (2) a cloth or plaster soaked with (I). ACTIVITY : Insect Repellent. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
