PURPOSE:To attain the efficient test of the subset of a test target system by distinguishing between a system subset regarded as a test target data subset in the system and other dummy system subsets. CONSTITUTION:The execution of a simulation program is started by a start key on a keyboard display 6 and a basic control program 7 accesses a communication procedure specification table 9 to obtain sequence data, obtains the data to be transmitted which are specified by the sequence data from a communication data table 10, and transfers the data to a communication control program 8. The program 8 sends data from a subset A to a subset C and response data are returned and received by the program 8. The basic control program 7 compares the response data with check data obtained from the table 10, and outputs its compared result.
