A vehicle room mirror and a method of driving a navigation apparatus included in the same are provided to reduce accidents by forming the navigation apparatus onto the vehicle room mirror so that the view of a driver is prevented from being disturbed by the navigation apparatus. A vehicle room mirror comprises a first mirror unit(104) formed at one side of the room mirror so as to sense a rear moving object; and a navigation unit(102) coupled to the first mirror unit so as to display travel path of a vehicle. The navigation unit includes a touch panel; a display panel arranged beneath the touch panel; and a second mirror unit interposed between the touch panel and the display panel.
