PURPOSE:To synchronize plural microprocessors by providing a signal line to be exclusively used for pull-in a transmission timing signal between the plural microprocessors in a multiprocessor type MODEM having master and slave microprocessors. CONSTITUTION:A control device 20 has the master and slave multiprocessors MPUs 1, 2, which are connected in parallel with one bus line S1 and mutually connected through the line S2 to transmit/receive data. The transmission timing signal pull-in signal line S3 is connected between the MPUs 1, 2 so as to be exclusively used for the synchronization of both the MPUs 1, 2 at the input of a transmission timing signal to the MPUs 1, 2. |
