The toy comprises two or more chambers one above the other and with one or more sidewalls of transparent material. These are separated by a partition (3) containing a number of passages through it (8) at intervals. The low-level chamber contains a material which, on inversion, flows through the passages into the other chamber now at the bottom. There can be two or more sets of chambers alongside and one above the other, separated from each other by upright transparent walls and containing materials of different colours.
