PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of an oxide film and to improve the quality of a product by filling the entire part of a room with an inert gas and executing die casting. CONSTITUTION:The entire part of a die casting machine including ancillary installations such as a hot water feeder and taking out device is contained in one room and the entire part of the room is filled by the inert gas. The use of the fully automatic type device is preferable. The exposure of a molten metal to the atm. is entirely obviated by such method, by which the formation of the oxide film of the product is thoroughly prevented. Since there is no incorporation of the oxide film into the product, the product having the higher strength and defectless quality is obtd. |
