DETECTION OF MIXING UP WITH MIXER

PURPOSE:To execute mixing up in a short period by determining the average mixing pressure difference of a mixer at every one rotation, comparing the same with a specified mixing pressure difference and outputting the mixing up. CONSTITUTION:A mixing pressure averager 2 integrates the detection signal at every one rotation of a mixing pressure detector 1 and averages the same. An averaging mixing pressure difference calculator 3 calculates the difference of the average mixing pressure of the previous time and this time. A comparator 5 compares the average mixing pressure difference and the specified mixing pressure difference set by a setter 4. A mixing-up outputter 6 emits an output when the average mixing pressure difference is below the specified mixing pressure difference. A mixer rotation signal transmitter 8, a gravel release signal transmitter 9 and a mixer 10 are connected to a detector 7 constituted of the above-mentioned elements.
