PURPOSE:To improve the throughput of a CPU which controls a file device by providing a means allowing simultaneous access from a CPU to a semiconductor file device through accessing of two systems. CONSTITUTION:When two access signals outputted from a CPU1 are inputted to the semiconductor file device 4, respective access signals are transferred to a memory access control circuit 44 through interface circuits 41a, 41b and data transfer circuits 43a, 43b, respectively. On the basis of the circuit 44, a semiconductor memory 40 is simultaneously accessed by the access signals of two systems. |
