Tipper apparatus for a forklift truck or a front-loader equipped with two forks. The tipper apparatus consists of a stationary U-shaped frame (1) fitted with box-shaped legs into which the forks can be inserted, a rotating second frame (3) fixed at the front end of the first frame around two guide rods (7); the first frame has support-devices (4,5) attached to its front and rear ends arranged to hold, for example, a crate on the frame (3), when this is moved by two hydraulic pistons (6) rotatably attached to the stationary frame's rear cross part while the piston rods are attached to the rotatable frame. The distinguishing characteristic of this apparatus is that each piston rod is connected to the rotating frame by means of its own lever device (8), by which each piston rod is rotatably fixed to a point above a cross shaft (9) fixed to the rotating frame's (3) box legs; the lever devices are positioned around this cross shaft (9). Each lever device (8) has at its front end a runner wheel (10) which is arranged to make contact with a support plate (11) set forward from the stationary frame (1) during the initial phase of the moving frame's (3) rotation, whereby the device's (8) lever effect is exploited.<IMAGE> |
