The invention concerns a corner holder for mirrors or similar objects, consisting of a base element 2 and a plurality of holder parts 4, the base element 2 being adapted, by breaking along lines of weakening which are formed by a cross-shaped recess 6, to be divided up into four sections 8, the shape of which correspond to the shape of the holder parts 4 which have locking pins 18 which are driven into locking holes 16 in the base element 2 or into the sections 8 which also have fixing holes 10, 14. The base element 2 consists, for example, of a circular plastic plate intended to be divided up into four sections 8 by means of a cross-shaped recess 6, while the holder part 4 has an outwardly open pocket 22 intended to receive a mirror corner, so that a mirror 24, by way of four holder parts, can be secured to base elements 2 fixed on a wall surface. This greatly simplifies the mounting of a mirror wall, since the number of necessary base elements 2 and holder parts 4 always corresponds to the number of mirrors. The mounting of a mirror, for example, requires the use of a base element 2 divided up into four sections 8 together with four holder parts 4, while the mounting of four mirrors to form a mirror wall requires the use of one complete base element 2, four half base elements 2 and four quarter base elements 2 (i.e. in all, four whole base elements 2) and sixteen holder parts 4. <IMAGE>
