PURPOSE:To join easily titled aluminum parts whose welding junction has been impossible, by generating a eutectic molten phase of Al-Si on a joint surface of an aluminum plating steel plate and an aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION:A hole is pierced to an aluminum steel plate 1, and an aluminum alloy pipe 2 with a flange is fitted into the hole by placing a ring 3 of a hyper- eutectic Al-Si alloy foil between them. The upper face of the flange of the aluminum alloy pipe 2 is pressed down through a heating plate 6 by the upper electrode 4, and the aluminum plating steel plate 1 is pressed down through a heating plate 7 by the lower electrode 5. In this state, when the upper and lower electrodes 4, 5 are electrically conducted and heated, the aluminum which has covered the steel plate 1 and the aluminum of the pipe 2 cause a eutectic reaction with the Al-Si alloy, a eutectic molten phase of Al-Si is generated, and the steel plate 1 and the pipe 2 are joined. |
