PURPOSE:To sufficiently obtain temperature margin for other device by providing a blower driven by regenerative power generated from an AC motor, thereby reducing the capacity of a regenerative resistance. CONSTITUTION:A blower 9 is connected in series between a regenerative resistor 4 and a transistor 5. A diode 10 for protecting the transistor 5 is connected in parallel with the blower 9. When the transistor 5 is closed, regenerative power is flowed through the resistor 4, the blower 9 and the transistor 5. The regenerative power is consumed by the resistor 4 and by the blower 9 and the resistor 4 and other internal device are cooled by the pressure air flow by the blower 9. |
