PURPOSE:To sufficiently cool a drive motor even when used for compressing gas having small density by cooling by a cooler oil separated from exhausted gas, and then injecting it to the motor disposed in a closed vessel. CONSTITUTION:Gas exhausted from an exhaust pipe 3 is fed to an oil separator 4 to separate oil content 17 contained in the gas in a screw type closed motor driven compressor 1 disposed with a drive motor in a closed vessel having a suction pipe 2 and the pipe 3. After the oil 17 is fed to an oil cooler 7 to cool it, it is injected to the drive motor in the vessel. Thus, even when gas of small density such as helium gas is compressed, the overhead loss of the motor can be prevented to safely operate it. |
