PURPOSE:To enable the continuous dripping of varnish by circulating the varnish between a varnish circulating loop and a varnish tank by driving a gear pump, passing simultaneously a part of the varnish through a bypass tube, and squeezing the tube with a tube squeezing pump. CONSTITUTION:A gear pump 4 is furnished to a varnish circulating loop 3 which is communicated with the inside of a varnish tank 1 through an outlet and an inlet 3a and 3b, and a bypass tube 6 is connected to the varnish circulating loop 3 on the delivery side of the gear pump 4. A discharge nozzle 8 is provided to the outlet part of the tube 6, and a tube squeezing pump 7 is provided to squeeze and support the tube 6. Continuous dripping of varnish is made possible as desired, and the productivity can be improved.
