PURPOSE:To make the grain size distribution uniform and to improve the yield by providing a gas injection port to a vessel at the upper part of a rotary body and positioning a disintegration rotor provided with protrusions on its periphery above the center of the rotary body, and fixing the rotor on the second driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:One or plural kinds of powder or grains of specified materials charged into a cylindrical vessel 1 is driven upward and radially by an upward slanting surface 3 of a rotary plate 6 which is being rotated by the first driving shaft 8, and moved around in the cylindrical vessel 1. Since centrifugal force is generated in addition to said movement, the powder or grains to be treated forms a doughnut turning flow along the inner periphery of the cylindrical vessel 1. Since the mixing is complted in a short time by said action, the granulation is started after a liquid is sprayed. A disintegration rotor 11 exerts impact on the material to be treated with its high-speed protrusions 12, and the granulation is promoted while excessively large grains generated in the material to be treated are disintegrated.
