PURPOSE:To form a distributed constant type filter in integrated structure which eliminates the need for a hole or slit for coupling by utilizing the electrostatic capacity between electrodes provided in an open end surface to couple resonance units with each other. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 22a-22d connected electrically to internal conductors 16a-16d of respective resonance units are formed in the open end surface of a dielectric block 12. Then, those resonance units are coupled mutually through the electrostatic capacity formed among the electrodes 22a-22d for coupling. Thus, the distributed constant type filter in integrated structure which does not requires any hole or slit for coupling at all is formed. |
